Thank you for choosing The Organic Place! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions:

Product Availability: We cannot guarantee product availability as it depends on seasonal and market factors.

Non-Received Items: If you don’t receive an item, it will be credited to your account for future purchases. Refund requests can be sent to admin@theorganicplace.com.au and will be processed on Thursdays.

Bag Varieties: For bag varieties, the listed content is a guide only.

Price and Item Changes: Items and prices are subject to change without notice.

Dispatch and Delivery: Orders are dispatched on Thursdays and delivered on Thursday (ZONE 1), Friday (ZONE 2 & REGION 1), Saturday (Regional NSW and SA), and Sunday (Sydney) between 9 am and 6 pm.

Your order may be left at your front door if you’re not home unless otherwise stated in your order notes.

Meat and Dairy Products: If you’re not home for the delivery of meat and dairy products, they’ll be left at your front door at your own risk. You can leave a cooker bag/ESKY out for our team or call our office for an expected delivery window. You’ll also receive an SMS with a tracking code.

Special Requests: You can specify fruit and vegetables preferences or dislikes in your order notes. While we’ll do our best to meet your requests, availability may vary.

Customer Communication: Make sure to inform us about your preferred fruits and veggies, helping us tailor your orders to your preferences. We strive to make your experience warm and inviting.
