Veggie Fried Rice


The perfect vehicle for all your leftover fried rice – you know you have some!

The best rice for this would be jasmine or sushi rice, but really you can make it out of any rice you have to hand. Brown rice is also super delicious!

Instructions
  1. In a large wok or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and stir over the heat two minutes, until the onion starts to soften.
  3. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook another two minutes or until the peas and corn are hot.
  4. Add the rice and stir 1 minute, to coat with the veggies and oil.
  5. Turn the heat down to low and add the sauces/sesame oil. Stir until the rice is piping hot and taste for seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
