Sweet Autumn Icypoles

Melbourne weather is often temperamental but on the occasional run of warm days we like to enjoy these Sweet Autumn Icypoles. You would have noticed that even when the days start off cool, the sun is in full force by the middle of the afternoon at, you guessed it, school pick up time.

Rather than stocking plastic packaged icypoles from the supermarket, why not make your own? If you have a juicer or blender, it’s easy squeezy. The kids might even like to give you a hand too. They love the sweet blend of apple and strawberry, and the mint and lime give it some extra punch. Best of all, they look as delicious as they taste, so you shouldn’t have to convince the kids to give them a try. Hopefully, there’s some left for the adults too!
