Ingredients
- 1 can organic chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1/2 clove organic garlic peeled and minced
- 1 large organic lemon juiced
- 1/4 cup organic tahini
- 1 pinch organic ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon organic paprika
- 2 tablespoons organic olive oil
- organic sea salt
- organic cracked black pepper
- enough filtered water to make a smooth paste
- organic cucumber diced
- organic tomato diced
- organic olives torn
- organic pine nuts toasted (or organic pumpkin seeds)

Instructions
- In a blender, add the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, salt, cumin, paprika, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper. Blend until a smooth paste forms, adding water as needed.
- Pour out into a shallow dish and top with the chopped cucumber, tomato, olives and pine nuts, with a sprinkle of extra paprika, a crack of ground sea salt, and a squeeze of lemon over the top.
- Serve with crispy flatbread crackers.
