Ingredients
- 2 tbs organic olive oil
- 2 cloves organic garlic thinly diced
- 3 organic brown onions diced
- 2 tbs dried onion flakes
- 500 grams organic diced beef
- 2 tbs organic tomato paste
- 1 cube organic vegetable stock
- 750 ml water
- 150 grams organic mushrooms sliced
- 6 sheets puff pastry cut to fit the size of pie maker

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large saucepan
- Add garlic and onions and cook until onion is translucent
- Add diced beef and brown/seal all sides. (approx. 5 minutes) stirring continuously
- Add onion flakes and tomato paste and continue to stir
- Add vegetable stock cue and 750 ml of water. Stir through
- Add Salt and pepper to taste
- Add mushrooms and stir through.
- Place lid on saucepan and simmer for 2 hours, checking water levels every 20 minutes. Add more water if required.
- In the mean time cut puff pasty to fit the size of pie maker.
- Once the filling is cooked place the pasty in the pie maker and add 2-3 tablespoons of pie filling. Place puff pasty lid on top and cook for approx. 7 minutes
- Enjoy.
