This is my favourite way to have potatoes. Though probably not as healthy as baked or steamed potatoes, it is absolutely delicious and always lovely for special occasions. It's also a great time to try out all the amazing Schulz dairy products that we sell at The Organic Place.

- 5 organic potatoes large, peeled
- 1 organic brown onions finely diced
- 3 rashers organic bacon chopped
- 300 ml organic cream
- 2 cups organic cheese grated
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsisus.
- Bring the potatoes to the boil in a saucepan.
- .Remove the potatoes and allow them to cool.
- Fry the onion and bacon in a frying pan
- Butter a lasagna dish.
- Slice the cooled potatoes into rounds.
- Place one layer of potatoes in the bottom of the dish, overlapping them slightly.
- Put a little of the onion and bacon mixture across the layers of potatoes.
- Repeat the process until all the ingredients have been used.
- Evenly pour the cream across the potatoes.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese across the top of the potatoes.
- Cook in the oven for thirty minutes.
