Ingredients
Boiling the Pork
- 2 organic grass fed pork ribs
- 1 organic spring onion
- 1 tbsp chinese cooking wine
- 2 cm organic fresh ginger cut into rounds
- 2 ½ cups water
The Sauce
- 1 tbsp organic sesame oil
- 1 tbsp organic maple syrup
- ¼ tsp organic ground coriander powder
- ½ tbsp organic light soy sauce
- ½ tbsp organic dark soy sauce
- ¼ tbsp chinese cooking wine
- 2 cm organic fresh ginger cut into rounds
- 1 small organic spring onions
- 1 cup hot water

Instructions
- Cut the pork ribs into smaller pieces using a cleaver knife. You can also ask your butcher to do this for you.
- Put the first lot of ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Cook for approximately 7-10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Then remove the pork and set aside. You can discard the water or save for your broths or soups.
- In the same saucepan, heat the oil, maple syrup and coriander on a low to medium heat. Simmer for a minute or two, then add the pork, both soy sauces, the cooking wine, ginger and spring onions.
- Coat well in the pan before adding the water. Then cover with a lid and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Uncover, stir and serve immediately.
