Instructions
  1. Cut your leeks into rounds, approximately 1 cm thick. Then lay them on a lined baking sheet and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the olive oil, garlic and all the spices. Then using a brush, spread the mixture onto the tops of all the leek rounds first, and then rub any excess oil onto to the back of the leeks too.
  3. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes until the leeks are nice, soft and golden in colour.
  4. Then they are ready to enjoy with your favourite main!
