Ingredients
- 2 heads organic bok choy
- 2 tbsp organic sesame oil
- 3 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp organic light soy sauce
- ½ tsp organic chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp organic sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions
- First chop each bok choy in half, ensuring to keep the halves relatively intact. I also like to trim off a little of the base stem.
- In a large wok or chef's pan, heat the oil. When hot, add the garlic, ginger and fry for about 30 seconds before adding in the bok choy cut side down.
- Then pour over the light soy sauce and cook with the lid on for approximately 5 minutes before turning. Then cook for a further 3 minutes with the cover on.
- Plate them up as a side to some noodles or asian style chicken and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds to garnish.
