Who said a veggie can't be a main? This delicious Organic Pan seared Bok Choy will very likely change your mind. It's so simple, easy, tasty and the best part is it will only take you about 15 minutes to whip up.
First chop each bok choy in half, ensuring to keep the halves relatively intact. I also like to trim off a little of the base stem.
In a large wok or chef's pan, heat the oil. When hot, add the garlic, ginger and fry for about 30 seconds before adding in the bok choy cut side down.
Then pour over the light soy sauce and cook with the lid on for approximately 5 minutes before turning. Then cook for a further 3 minutes with the cover on.
Plate them up as a side to some noodles or asian style chicken and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds to garnish.
