Instructions
- Firstly, prep the cauliflower by cutting them into individual florette’s. If you cut them a little larger than bite sized, that will work perfectly.
- TOP TIP: Remember that these will need to be threaded onto skewers so keep the stems whole as much as possible so they don’t fall off while cooking.
- Then prepare your marinade by mixing all other ingredients together in a small bowl.
- Toss the cauliflower and the mixture together in a large bowl and make sure the cauliflower is coated thoroughly.
- I like to use a glove and really work the mixture into the cauliflower. You should aim to see as little white as possible, and lots of yellow from the turmeric.
- Then thread them onto the skewers.
- Place the skewers onto your BBQ or a large fry pan. Cook these for approximately 10 minutes, keep rotating the skewers so they don’t burn too much on one side, however that charcoal flavour is really what makes this recipes taste amazing!
- Serve them up alongside some of your favourite BBQ staples, perhaps a side salad or a refreshing coleslaw.
