Ingredients
- 1 packet (approx. 500g) Grass Fed Organic Natural Beef & Beetroot Burgers it comes with 6 patties
- 2 medium organic tomatoes
- 1 ball organic mozzarella
- 1 bunch organic basil
- 4-5 tbsp organic olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Open up your packet of delicious Beef and Beetroot Burgers, take each patty in your hand and flatten them out slightly, shaping them into a nice flat burger patty shape. (I like doing this before the patties hit the pan as it prevents them from breaking)
- Heat up a medium fry pan, add some spray oil and cook the patties for approx. 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side, depending on how “well done” you prefer your beef).
- Place the burger patties on some paper towel and pat dry (the oils from the beef coming out) before placing on a serving plate.
- Now cut up your tomatoes into nice thick rounds, ready your basil leaves and cut up the mozzarella. Place the basil, tomato and mozzarella onto each patty and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- You're all done! Enjoy alone, as an afternoon snack or as a main with a side of organic roast potatoes or a creamy mash.
