topped, tailed and halved

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or 160 degrees fan forced.
Heat the oil in a flame proof casserole dish over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and stir until softened.
Next, add the rice and wine and stir for a few minutes.
Put in the stock paste, water and green beans.
Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
Cover the dish with a lid and bake for 25 – 30 minutes in the oven.
When you remove the dish from the oven, add in the salt and pepper, pesto, peas and parmesan.
Serve on its own, with a side salad, or favourite cut of meat. Enjoy!
