Garlic Potato Gratin

The creamy garlic potato dish of everyone’s dreams! Potato gratin is comfort food at its finest – and when you make it with one-of-a-kind organic potatoes, you know it’s going to be absolutely top notch.

Organic potatoes are usually waxy and don’t sink into smooth softness as easily as floury potatoes do, but a gratin is still super soft and delicious. Use a good-quality cheese and plenty of organic garlic and you’ll be everyone’s favourite come dinner time.
