Do you have that one dish that you could eat everyday? For us it’s this Garlic Chilli Chicken recipe. In fact we love it that much we eat it once a fortnight! It’s super easy to make and has such amazing flavours with minimal ingredients. And with chillies currently in season, it’s the perfect way to get a little kick to beat those winter colds. We serve the kids meals first and add the chillies at the end, however for those who don’t mind the heat, you can add the chillies at any part of the cooking process.
I like this meal to be a little runny in consistancy so I can enjoy all the flavours when I mix it with some rice so I add water to my liking.
