A refreshing tipple for hot summer days and balmy nights, as fruity as you like, with a hint of mint on top.
An array of seasonal fruit is always welcome, but the strawberry (or watermelon) + cucumber + pineapple combination is such a winner.

Instructions
Place the teabags in a large jug or jar and pour the boiling water over.
Let steep 15 minutes and remove the teabags.
Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
Add the cold or room-temperature filtered water, fresh orange juice, lemon juice and pineapple.
Taste for sweetness and adjust (remember it will be less sweet when its cold).
Refrigerate at least one hour (longer is preferable) and test for sweetness again. Add the cucumber, strawberries and mint and serve over ice.
