Choc-Coconut Balls


The ultimate portable snack! Good for sweet tooths, people who need an energy boost, that one spot in a lunchbox reserved for treats… there’s a reason a good bliss ball has stood the test of time. Sometimes though, it’s easy to overcomplicate them so while I’d recommend choosing maybe one or two flavour add-ins, I wouldn’t go any further than that! (Pssst I like peppermint…)

Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients except water in a blender and mix. Add water as needed to move ingredients around. Buzz up to your preferred texture, we like ours quite smooth!
  2. roll into balls and roll in coconut. Leave in the fridge to firm up.
