- 1 cup organic carrots grated
- 1 cup organic dates
- 1/2 cup organic coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil
- 1 tsp organic cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp organic ginger grated

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor except the dates and process a little.
- Add the dates in and blend all the ingredients until well combined.
- Roll into balls and roll in dessicated coconut if desired.
- Then devour!
