For when steamed will just not do!
Serve with your favourite cooling sauce – ranch, blue cheese, aioli, whatever floats your boat!

Mix the flour and milk in a bowl until a smooth, thin batter.
Dip each of your cauliflower pieces in the batter, and drain excess. Toss in the almond meal until coated.
Place on a lined baking tray and into the oven for 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them, and turn them when you need to to brown all over.
When tender, toss them in your favourite buffalo wing sauce, or in the hot sauce/melted butter mixture. Pop back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes for the sauce to do its thing.
