Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Garlic
Our kids absolutely love Brussels Sprouts, so much so that they request them to be cooked and packed in their school lunches. So today we thought we would have a play around and add some extra flavour to them by adding some bacon and garlic from a recipe I found in Pete Evans Family Food cookbook. We hope you enjoy the as much as we did.

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the bacon and garlic, stirring occasionally for approx. 5 minutes, our until lightly browned.
  3. Add the brussels sprouts and for for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally or until sprouts are tender.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
