Our kids absolutely love Brussels Sprouts, so much so that they request them to be cooked and packed in their school lunches. So today we thought we would have a play around and add some extra flavour to them by adding some bacon and garlic from a recipe I found in Pete Evans Family Food cookbook.

Ingredients
- 20 ml organic olive oil
- 200 g organic bacon
- 8 cloves organic garlic thinly sliced
- 600 g organic brussels sprouts chopped in half

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the bacon and garlic, stirring occasionally for approx. 5 minutes, our until lightly browned.
- Add the brussels sprouts and for for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally or until sprouts are tender.
- Serve and enjoy!
