Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla and banana.
  4. Stir in the egg.
  5. Mix in the dry ingredients, stirring gently until it all comes together.
  6. Pour into a greased and lined 20cm cake tin (or loaf tin) and bake about 60 minutes until golden and cooked all the way through.
