It takes years of fermentation experience and skill to create a light open rustic Ciabatta range, such as ours, without resorting to bakers yeast. Extra virgin olive oil and the slow leavening produces a far more flavoursome Ciabatta roll than usual.
The low flat profile of these rolls allows them to reheat very quickly to serve warm if that is desired. They toast magnificently.
