These lentils are grown in Victorian Wimmera soils, grown without use of chemicals and artificial fertilisers using sustainable biodynamic principles which improve the health of the soil. Red lentils are a great source of protein, iron and fibre and so versatile. Once cooked they can be mashed into roll fillings or formed into burgers.
