You will receive approximately 5 slices of organic ham weighing approximately 200 gm. The ham will be vacuum sealed to ensure a shelf life of 35 days from the day they are packaged.

Pork from certified organic pigs, salt, honey, mineral salt, nitrite
Animal welfare and environmental sustainability are at the core of what we do. Our ham is cured by Oakwood Smallgoods in Castlemaine by third generation European butchers using traditional curing techniques. They use 0.500g of nitrate per kg ham.
Our certified organic pigs are:
– Free of additives, water injections, hormones and antibiotics.
– Hung on the bone (dry aged), further contributing to its depth of flavour.
– Raised slowly and naturally with care.
– Raised on a certified organic farm where they forage for grass and certified organic grains.
