Method:
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
- Mix contents of packet with 1 egg 60g butter and 65ml cold water.
- This recipe is best if you knead it like dough once all ingredients are combined and roll it out like a think pastry then cut out biscuits.
- The taste is best as a thin biscuit rather than a thick cookie. Or you can form the dough into small balls and place on an oiled baking tray. Then press with a fork and bake at 170c for 20 minutes.
These biscuits are reminiscent of Christmas with their sweet mix of cinnamon and spices and they look and taste fantastic when they are cut in to shapes and decorated to look festive.
This mixture also makes a fantastic base for a cheesecake.
