Zeally Bay Sourdough (ZBS) is a wholefood bakery established 2007 in Torquay using a family-kept leaven that is more than 30 years old.They were the first artisan bakery in Victoria to offer premium Certified Organic breads grown organic and made by hand.

They make their full-fermentation sourdough slowly over 30 hours. ZBS blend organic and biodynamic ingredients to create sourdough that is free of commercial yeast or added glutens and preservatives.
