Mango ‘Frosty Fruit’ Smoothie

 This is a simple smoothie recipe to try first up and reminds me of a frosty fruit.  I like my fruit frozen in smoothies but you may prefer it fresh.  Use less or more coconut water depending on how thick you like your smoothies.

Ingredients

Half a cup of coconut water

Handful of mango pieces

Half a green apple

Handful of greens (spinach or kale)

A few sprigs of mint

A squeeze of lemon

Method

Simply blend the ingredients and serve!
