We deliver fresh organic produce and household essentials direct to the doors of homes and businesses on a weekly basis. It is our aim to make healthy eating and living accessible and convenient for all. You can read our story HERE.
What products do you stock?
We offer certified organic, Australian grown, in season, fruits and vegetables as well as a wide variety of other organic products including: eggs, drinks, snack foods (popcorn, chips, chocolate nuts and seeds etc)  personal care items, cleaning products, sauces flours and more! You can see our full range HERE.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all around the western suburbs of Melbourne, some rural towns, and now also Geelong and The Surf Coast. You can see the full list of the suburbs we deliver to HERE. As demand grows, we hope to continue to expand our delivery areas so if you’re suburb isn’t on the list, we still encourage you to send us an email.
How much is delivery?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. However we offer free shipping on any of our subscriptions bags and any order over $100.
When do I have to order by?
Orders close at 8pm every Tuesday for delivery on the Thursday. If you are ordering bread from our Zeally Bay Sourdough range your order will need to be in by 12noon on Tuesday.
What day do you deliver?
We deliver every Thursday. This allows us to source the freshest organic fruit and vegetables from the wholesale market on Thursday morning.
What time will my order arrive?
Delivery times can vary dependent on how many deliveries and in what areas we have that week. You do not need to be home in order to accept your delivery; we will leave it in a safe place.
What size bag should I get?
As a general guide, we recommend the following:
- Small- single person household. Contains approx 6-7 kgs of produce.
- Medium- a couple or small family. Contains approx. 10-12 kgs of produce.
- Family-larger family. Contains approx. 10-13kgs of produce
Can you tell me exactly what will be in my bag?
Items will vary from week to week dependant on the season and what is available at the market. We are provided the market list each Tuesday afternoon and are able to then provide you with an indication of what items we expect to be in the bags in our weekly newsletter. However, mother nature is unpredictable and things can always change overnight (because that’s how fresh our produce is!) At the market, we try to get the best quality fresh produce whilst also balancing out prices (which change due to demand and availability) to always bring you the best value for money.
There are some fruits and vegetables I don’t like/am allergic to. Can I ask for these to not be included in my bag?
Of course! There is a spot at our online checkout that allows you to put in any special requirements. We will substitute these items with an item of similar value.
There wasn’t enough in our bag to last us a full week, what should I do?
If you are receiving a small or medium bag we would suggest you upsize to a medium or large bag. If you are receiving a large bag you can add additional items on a weekly basis.
What if I want to change my subscription?
You have full control of your subscriptions and can make changes by logging into your account on our website and heading to the dashboard page. You can cancel your subscription at any time without charge, put your subscription on hold (if you’re going away on holidays etc) change your order, your address, payment details etc.
I want to choose my own fruit and veg, can I do that?
Absolutely! Our subscription bags are just one option. You can also choose to select and order your own individual items from our online store.
I can’t find a particular fruit/veg in your online store, why?
Because we are dealing with organic, Australian grown produce, if you can’t find something on our online store it will be because it is currently out of season. We update our the produce available on a weekly basis dependent on what is available at the markets.
What happens if I order something and it isn’t available at the market?
If this happens you will find a note in your order along with a store credit and some complimentary produce.
What packaging do you use?
We pack all orders in brown paper bags with handles. We try to avoid plastic where possible (some wet/cut items may need to be wrapped) and you can request no plastic to used in your order at the checkout of our online store.
