What happens if something I ordered doesn’t arrive in my order?

Sometimes we can’t always get our hands on the fruit and veg that we want. Even though items are listed as available at the markets, sometimes they don’t arrive due to weather and logistics. If something is missing from your order you will receive a little postcard informing you of the items unavailable. You will be given a store credit via email and a complementary item on your order to enjoy. Please note this is not a substitute. If you wish to request a refund for your missing items please email us at admin@theorganicplace.com.au or call our office on 0401 014 162 and one of our friendly office staff will kindly assist.
