Delivery Information – As of June 10th 2023
Welcome to our delivery information page! We understand that receiving your order in a timely and efficient manner is of the utmost importance, which is why we have provided all the necessary information below regarding delivery cut off times and schedules.
Order Cut-Off Times:
Orders containing meat must be placed before 12 pm on a Monday, while all other orders must be placed before 12 pm on a Tuesday. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week.
Delivery Zones:
Zone 1 deliveries will be covered by The Organic Place and delivered on a Thursday. Zone 2 deliveries will be covered by our external courier and delivered on a Friday. Region 1 (country Victoria) and interstate deliveries will also be covered by our external couriers. You will receive an SMS with your order tracking information the night before your delivery. If you require an updated ETA, please call 0401 014 162.

We aim to provide a hassle-free delivery experience, which is why we offer competitive shipping rates in line with industry standards. For orders exceeding a specific amount, we offer free shipping. Please see below for current shipping rates and free shipping conditions:

DELIVERY OF LIQUOR Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. You must be home to accept your delivery when ordering any liquor from our website. Our drivers are required by the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 to see evidence of age.
WARNING Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence; . To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000) . For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700)
