 Carrot Cake Bliss Balls
Ingredients
One cup of shredded carrot
One cup of medjool dates
Half a cup of coconut flakes
One cup of pistachos
Quarter cup of coconut oil
One teaspoon cinnamon
Half a teaspoon grated ginger
Method
Put all the ingredients into a food processor except the dates and process a little.
Add the dates in and blend all the ingredients until well combined.
Roll into balls and roll in dessicated coconut if desired.
Then devour!
