GETTING ORGANISED:

Deliveries: We will be making a delivery run just two days before Christmas. Make sure you get your order in by 8pm on Tuesday 20th December for deliver on Thursday 22nd December. That way you will have a big bounty of fresh fruit and vegetables for Christmas Day with plenty enough time to prepare your ingredients.

Subscriptions: If you’re planning on heading away over Christmas and have a subscription with us you have the option to suspend you deliveries by following these easy steps:

  1. Head to www.theorganicplace.com.au and login.
  2. Click on ‘My Account’ on the top bar menu.
  3. Select ‘My Dashboard’ from the drop down menu.
  4. Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the left hand menu.
  5. You will see a variety of options to manage your subscription including suspend or cancel change address, change payment or change subscription. Select your option by clicking on the relevant box then follow the prompts. If suspending your subscription you will see a green message appear in the top left hand corner of the screen letting you know you have successfully put your subscription on hold.

If you’ll be spending your Christmas break at home this year then why not consider taking out a mixed bag subscription. It will help to ensure you have lots of healthy food and snacks in the house (especially handy if you have kids at home!) and they come in three different sizes to suit your family needs.
